All Beniha Studio desk mats are made to order using a print-on-demand production model. This means each product is produced specifically after your order is placed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because our products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Change of mind
- Choosing the wrong size
- Personal preference
- Incorrect information provided when placing the order
Please check your selected size and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@benihastudio.com.
Changes or cancellations are only possible before your order enters production. Since production may begin shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee a specific cancellation window.
Once production has started, the order can no longer be changed or canceled.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@benihastudio.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and the issue
Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we may provide a replacement at no additional cost or a refund.
In most cases, you will not need to return a damaged or defective product unless we specifically ask you to do so.
WRONG SIZE
If the size you receive is different from the size selected at checkout, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
If the product received matches the size selected when the order was placed, we cannot offer an exchange due to size preference because the product was made specifically for that order.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund after it has been issued.
